I did find a Ning that I was interested in and I joined it. I like it but it is not as active as I had hoped it would be. Many posts were older and reading it made me feel like I was coming to the party very late.
I like the Classroom 2.0 Ning. There were many different topics that were of interest to me. However, I seemed to experience the same inactivity as you did. Even though is says the comment was posted 10 minutes or 35 minutes ago, each post doesn't seem to have a lot of replies. Have you found anything else on different Nings?

Ah, yes, some Nings are not as popular as others. I like to join Nings that have many members--that way there is usually some activity.
Perhaps you will discover some more active Nings on your next exploration.
